We are looking to hire additional welders/fabricators for our job shop. Apply to join our expanding team of A-Class Fabricators building ASME Code Pressure Vessel components and other stainless alloy sub-assemblies.

Essential Job Duties

• Perform various types of welding operations
• Perform inspections
• Maintain safe work habits
• Oversee helpers in various welding/fabrication tasks
• Keep accurate records of work performed
• Read technical drawings and blueprints
• Operate material handling equipment (cranes, lift trucks, etc.)
• Perform accurate layout work
• Cross-Train with fellow employees, share craft knowledge and skills
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Read and follow instructions from shop work orders

Desired Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience welding & fabricating stainless steel process equipment and pressure vessel components
• Ability to certify to ASME Code welding procedures
• Expertise with 6G TIG and MIG welding procedures
• Familiarity with application and fit-up of heat-transfer material and piping manifolds to shells and heads
• Ability to read and interpret drawings to perform vessel/equipment layout
• Must be focused on quality fabrication with good work ethic and mechanical aptitude
