STAINLESS STEEL & TEMPERED GLASS PANEL GUARDRAIL AND STAIRWELLS
COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

KANSAS STATE UNIVERSITY
1046 Rathbone
Manhattan, KS 66506
The Kansas State University College of Business features beautifully crafted stainless steel & tempered glass guardrails on staircases and balcony walkways. The stainless fabrications were provided by CMPI and installed by Architectural Technology, Inc. Our work can be found throughout the recently renovated areas and is a distinct feature of the main stairs, and also includes curved glass balcony guardrail and stainless steel cane rail underneath the stairs.

COMPLETION

This project was completed in 2017. We at CMPI are proud to contribute to further improvements at various university campuses in the mid-west. The visually appealing combination of stainless and glass will look new for years to come. Stainless steel is an eco-friendly recycled material and highly corrosion resistant, meaning low-maintenance!

CLIENTS

CMPI's client for our work on the KSU College of Engineering renovations was McCownGordon Construction. This is just one of several renovations and new construction projects at Kansas State University that CMPI has helped construct, and we look forward to many more partnerships with local architects and construction companies as the University continues to upgrade facilities on campus.
